Nachbil, Cabernet Sauvignon, 2011, dry, ABV 13.5%
At Beltiug, the “king” of the red grapes, Cabernet Sauvignon, stands at the making of an elegant wine with a deep ruby color and garnet hues. The nose opens with inviting notes of blueberry and blackcurrant, followed by a rich taste of black cherries, blackberries, cinnamon and black pepper. The wine has a long aftertaste with delicate final notes of eucalyptus and vanilla. It is recommended that the wine should breathe in the decanter for at least one hour before consumption.
Serving temperature: 18°C (64°F).
Food pairing: roast pork leg, veal steak with green pepper sauce, dark chocolate cake, or with the food that you like.
