Produced from late-harvested grape, the Cabernet Sauvignon from the Origini range is characterized by a deep ruby color with garnet hues and a typical and aromatic nose violets, black cherry, red pepper, and eucalyptus. In the taste, the wine has a very soft texture due to the 12-month maturation period spent in barriques, and also a very good balance between the soft ripe tannins, alcohol, and the aromas of blackberries, blueberries, sour cherries, espresso and caramel. The aftertaste is medium with discrete final notes of cedar and spices. It is recommended to be decanted for at least one hour before consumption.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C (61-64° F).
Food pairing: roasted lamb with rosemary, duck breast with black currant sauce, or with the food that you like.
