A representative grape variety for the Drăgăşani DOC, Crâmpoşie is one of the oldest varieties grown in Romania. The wine made by Avincis Winery faithfully renders the features of the local terroir. In the glass, the wine has a pale lemon color and opens with a smooth nose of green apple and pear. On the palate, the wine feels very fresh, slender, with a good balance between acidity, minerality and aromas of lime juice.
Serving temperature: 6-8°C (43-46°F).
Food pairing: appetizers, seafood (squid, octopus, shrimps), grilled trout with vegetables or with any food you like.
