AVINCIS, Rosé, Cabernet Sauvignon & Merlot, 2015, dry, ABV 13.5%

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, Avincis’ rosé wine impresses from the beginning with a pale salmon color, and a delicate nose with clean-cut aromas of wild strawberries, and fresh cherries. In the taste, the wine leaves the impression of freshness due to its high acidity and the aromas of red currants and raspberries. The aftertaste of the wine is medium, mineral, with final notes rhubarb jam.

Serving temperature: 6-8°C (43-46°F).

Food pairing: salads, shrimps with avocado, crabs with lemon sauce and butter, or with the food that you like.
